Can't use my jio 5G on this device where thr Airtel 5g is working, but my jio sim is 5g enabled.

Pls check Jio5G Welcome offer is activated on My Jio App then update to latest OneUI 6. After this i solved this issue

Also checked with jio 5g welcome offer same has been updated and oneui version is 6 but still not resolved

Pls download Networks Type Swicher app from play store and select NR Only on your preferred Sim. (Sim1 is 0 Sim 2 is 1) on set preferred network option. If you have 5g enabled but signal is weak you can get 5g this way. If its failed check your sim on another phone. Remember this is a third party Application.

Anyway problem has been resolved by calling jio care, they have done few changes in there system and after 5 minutes it is working

Maybe your area doesn't have Jio 5G?

No my area covered with 5g, signal bar is also showing 4g+ and other phone is clearly showing jio 5g but I am unable to use

Currently i am using Jio5g in my home with above mentioned app settings.5g is weak in my home so i have to force the phone to use 5g only. Pls use this setting on 5g required as it may effect call drops or say busy on other side.
