Its a shame that you are charging for display replacement when th customer has no fault and you make him a victim of your software and hardware bug. Its really unprofessional Samsung. If you've made an mistake, then YOU should take the responsibility. A brand should behave like a brand. Or for what reason we would buy a Brand like Samsung when they don't have any brand loyalty. I am suffering from white lines for last 2 months, no solution from customer care but a charge of 23000 taka(bdt) asked. Who would repair a phone 3 years old with 23K!!!!! 
And then I found the back plastic is peeling out of its own. How ridiculous!!! A brand named Samsung's phones backside is coming out leaving its water resistance behind. How could this is possible!!! 
So what was that IP68!!!! 
Impossible things happening with this so called Brand to me now.
Samsung is just selling their problem now. They want to cash the trouble they created. That's just not tolarable...

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
