This issue has been addressed a month after the purchase I don't know why Samsung is not fixing this issue I have reset my device twice cleared camera data I have done all the solution which have been provided from the customer service but still the issue is there kindly fix this via software update it's getting frustrated while trying to record on slow motion @samsung hope you guys will fix this issue
