S21 fe RAM management

Even when i don't have any apps running on the background my s21 fe shows only nearly 3gb ram free!!!! Is it normal??

Samsung 21 FE 8GB ram 128 GB storage , problem is: not able to keep apps in Background, its reloadinf again even for few seconds,is there any solution for this 😔 pls let me know
