Hi there,
I have been using s21 fe 5g for the last 24 hrs.Now all of a sudden I observed touch response and screen change became very slow after finger priny unlock in a general use. And it seems like hanged . Did anyone observed it . Is it an issue or any one has any idea please assist me on this.

Unfortunately I couldn't capture a demo for this .But I can say that screen refresh rate very became very slow and resopose is very slow like basic samsung mobile gets hanged we could see thus problem .but an s series flag ship device is stucked in such a way

I have the same issues going on with my Galaxy S21 FE. I bought this directly from Samsung and since I added fingerprint as a security measure, the sticking and sluggish, slowing has become unbearable. What can I do?

I disabled the fingerprint security feature, and now everything is working correctly.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Check space availability:

Is there sufficient space available on your device?
Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage

To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least a ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.

Kindly check RAM in your device:-
Path: Settings>Device care>Memory.

To improve the performance RAM of the device should be free. So, clear the RAM memory once a day.
Check app cache
Does the device hang while accessing any particular Application/Game etc?

Please follow the below steps
1- Clear app cache through Device care:

Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Device care.
Step3: Tap on Storage.
Step4: Tap on CLEAN NOW.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).

Turn off "Aways on display" and "Aways on fingerprint" until Samsung want to solve this annoying bug that occurs in all s21 models (exynos)

The bug was introduced in Jan 2022 update

 This problem will be solved if you go to above menu in Fingerprints and click on check Added fingerprints, this has solved same problem for me.
