Galaxy SSo I just purchased a new S21 from Verizon online as a upgrade, I get the phone and the power button is barely working. So I contact Verizon and they said to take it to the local store. The local store says there’s a scratch in the button so I would have to pay for the repair or do a warranty claim with my insurance. This is a brand new $1200 phone and I’m so upset. It came this way but I’m getting blamed for it. Been with Verizon for years and I never buy anything but the newest Samsung. What to do? Frustrated. Help.
