On May 06, around 1pm while using (Watching prime video) my Samsung S21 FE phone, I noticed a thin green line on the center of the screen.

Despite never dropping my phone and having it protected by a high-quality tempered glass and case, the issue persisted.After contacting customer care, I was informed that they are unable to replace the screen due to the expiration of the replacement offer on April 30, 2024.

I must express my disappointment regarding the apparent limited lifespan that Samsung seems to offer for their premium segment mobiles. I purchased this particular device in October 2022, and it's disheartening to experience such an issue, especially considering the device is in impeccable condition without a single scratch.

This isn't the first time I've encountered such a problem; I previously experienced a similar issue with the M52 model.  

For the past few years (since 2012), I've been a loyal Samsung customer and recently I have added one more device A35. However, these recent experiences are causing me to question my decision to remain loyal to the brand.Any advice or solutions would be appreciated.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

It's really disappointing. In the market, some brands are offering lifelong screen replacement for the same issue, and here we are not even getting proper solutions 😒
