S21 FE-FREE-TABLET-PROMO-FRAUD ???

Hi guys I purchased a samsung s21 fe online with mtn and I was under the impression that I would be getting both the cellphone and a tablet only to find out that it's from Samsung and not MTN , they advised we need to claim via the app but everytime I am trying it keeps says invalid email address? Has this happened to anyone else and how can we resolve this ?

Samsung feedback and support is very poor. They don't reply to emails where us as Customers claim our promotional package.

I had the same problem with the invalid email address. Just ensure that there is not a space after the email address. For some reason auto fulling the email was adding a space after the email address.

Also having the same issue, don't know if I should go in to vodacom or what, please let me know if the issue gets resolved.

I ensured that there were no spaces and it was typed correctly and still having this issue
