After 10 days of updating to one ui 7 while i am using this device normally in normal condition no heating , nothing abnormality in my phone when green line comes and then suddenly a green line appers on my screen of samsung S21 FE phone and my phone is approximately 2yrs old there is no warranty left for my phone now what to do i dont know but now i am very much afraid of updating my primary phone which is samsung S23 ultra plz give some solution samsung team...@ samsung customer support..

I submitted my Samsung S21 FE to the service center due to the green line issue on the display — a well-known problem. It's been 4days, and I still haven't received any response or update. This level of customer service is unacceptable for such a reputed brand. Please resolve this issue urgently and communicate clearly with your customers!

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement for Green line problem send email to Samsung care try I got free replacement for my s22 mobile display

Samsung is providing free screen replacement for s21 fe for green line issue. Your device must be within 3 years of time frame from your purchase date and it must not be externally damaged by liquid or any other means. You may be asked for original invoice. I had the same problem in my s21 fe and my screen has been replaced. Only service charge Rs. 413 was taken. Contact your local service centre.

After the screen replacement, is it now safe to install updates — like security patches or Google Play system updates? Can the green line issue happen again? Samsung has mentioned that they offer only a one-time free screen replacement, valid until September 2025.
