You might have already seen my previous post about display line issue that I had faced around 20th August. 
The device was then submitted to service center on 22nd.

Now, on 20th Sept received it back with display replaced. It took about a month due to the amount of devices impacted. It was sent to Noida central service center and repaired.

The time taken is on a higher bound.

I was charged ₹413 as labor charge. This is unexpected as this is not a user fault and user should not have been charged. Already the user experience is hampered due to the issue and long waiting time for repair. Not everyone will have proper backup device. Also, any accessories like good tempered glass that is applied on the display is anyways gone.

This is my opinion.

Tbh green line most happened brand is samsung
But they pay money influencers and no one is speak about them

My s23 5g phone after new software update 
1:- battery draining fast 
2:-green line issue start 
3:-customer service support 0%
4:-no one listen your problems 
5:-just robotics answer again and again.
Please don't buy samsung smartphone 
And don't update new software to save your phone.

Worst company ever in services .. they just want to make money by sending faulty updates .. customers have to pay because of companies (samsung) faults .. its now scamsung
