Why is Galexy S21 FE charges up to 85% and not 100% I've never seen this in my life. I was told it because I'm using the wrong charger, but now I got the right charger it still doesn't charge battery full? And the battery dies very fast, it so annoying especially this phone is less than a month old.

That option is there in the new update.....I had to disable it too

It extents your battery life and would recommend keeping it on rather.

This charger is less than a day old and I bought it from Samsung store

Definitely not your charger, if you turn the battery protection Setting off you will see the phone charges to 100%. Maybe test it for your own piece kind, your phone will also warn you if a incompatible of faulty charger get connected.
