S21 FE 5G 15W Charger

Will it make any harm to my device "S21 FE 5G" if I charge it with my old 15W Samsung Charger?

As long as you are using Samsung original charger, you are good to go. And 15w is better than 25w or 45w in long run for battery health.

S21 Fe will charge with 15w samsung charger without any issues, charging speed is bit slower with 15w otherwise no issue , s21 fe can even support maximum 25w pd 3.0 adapter .
