S21+ Apps not updating or installing

Hi. Is anyone else experiencing problems with updating or installing certain apps from PlayStore. Notification comes up stating that the app couldn't be installed and to try again later. How do I fix this? Thanks

That upgrade just caused a whole lot of issues

I am but its been doing this from before. Very frustrating. Some apps will update and download fine but others not

Hi, Raj9742 open up Google Play Store, and head over to Google play Menu Settings, you should be able to see the 'App download preference' option. After you enter that menu, you will see three options in there, 'Over any network', 'Over Wi-Fi only', 'Ask me every time select Over any network.

Hi @Tsogo_sam05. Thank you for the response! It is on over any network at the moment. The app downloads to 100% but then the install does not complete.

Hi, Raj9742 kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup
4. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link:

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.

I keep getting game ads auto popping up across any screen. How do l stop this or is it a virus?
