this is all **bleep**. Every time i ask the support center about an update, they give the same answer for different questions. They dont give me a satisfied answer, anyone tell me whare i get satisfied answer about update. even samsung also ignores s20 fe 5g user. samsung users lose their trust as reliable brand. i request samsung. Please give us technical reasons for the android 14 update not receivable.

A man this is very bad even my a225g came with android 11 got last android 13 and they said that they will give android 14 also on it but they didn't gave 😔 😢

Bruh they are agents.They can agree and say anything they want.But providing ONE UI 6.0 is on hands of Samsung only not on agents.If Samsung says S20FE 5G will get ONE UI 6.0 then only developers will build ONE UI 6.0 for S20FE 5G.

tell me as customers we were right or wrong, if phone was launched with android 11. according to which calculations, 3 updates were received. i understand what you mean. But if samsung official handle proves us, then i will not ask back again

I'm sure after everything they will say, " It was a miscommunication on the behalf of the agent." wrt to your screenshot

As it was launched with A10 with 3 updates, hence updated until A13

However, it launched later in India with A11. If in that one in a trillion chances if they provide A14 to Indian users, it will lead to a bigger problem as those who have the same device now will demand A14 too

I hope they(Samsung, reviewers, etc) must have said it will get till A13, or else you can file a case against them too ONLY IF EXPLICITLY CLAMIED A14 Updates

I am very 😡 angry S20 FE 5G only get 2 major os updates, but promise 3 major os updates.S20 FE 5G launched in India Android 11 not Android 10.Please don't cheat us. Please provide last major os update one UI 6 Android 14 in S20 FE 5G.I am still waiting in one UI 6 Android 14 update in S20 FE 5G.

This kind of attitude will ruin Samsung's image. A customer should also think while buying a samsung phone that this company is worthy of trust, they have nothing care about the customer.
