Hi. I'm a S20FE user from Bangladesh. I got my phone 29th November. Since the first day, I have been experiencing abnormalities in scrolling and lag in pubg while gaming. One time my UI got unresponsive and I had to restart the phone.

I saw online that S20FE has some issues and Samsung promised to solve the issues with an update. But those posts are 2 to 3 months old whereas in Bangladesh, only the preordered phones are available officially. Searched for the update but there's no update. 

Was this update available in Bangladesh? Any tips on what should I do now ? A phone with this specification shouldn't lag in pubg gaming and shouldn't act abnormally while scrolling or texting.

I think this is Common issue in S20FE and let's hope they will push a patch soon to fix this issue. (Bye this is a touch screen issue not UI issue.)

facing overheating issue also. This device is a real turndown from Samsung. there's lag in the fingerprint sensing ui animation as well. overheating only due to browsing.
if all this is just software issue they should send some fix ASAP ... Have been a fan for a long time but never have I been so furious and frustrated and sad 😞 Most importantly.. they never should have called a device 'fan edition' with all these issues 😔😔

I did accordingly and nothing happened, no reply of the complaint.
BTW thanks for the info. Hope this issue gets resolved.

The issues I have been facing got solved with the recent updates that I have been receiving. Anyone with similar issues, please check for software updates and install if you have turned off automatic updates.
