S20+ unable to reboot to download mode

I am unable to reboot to download mode after the G985FXXU3ATFG (S20+) update. When I go to bootloader and select reboot to download mode it doesn't go to download mode. It says "entering fastboot mode" and stops there until I restart it. Any assistance would help.

hi,

use power and Volume up. when you get to your Blue page or Recivery mode, select Bootloader Reboot. then it will boot to Bootloader page. the updates changed your Bootloader settings

I did all of the above. when i select reboot to bootloader it takes me to the screen above. it doesn't go to reboot to bootloader anymore it says entering fastboot mode

I'am having the same issue is there any other way besides sending it to a service center.

I have found another way of doing it..

1. switch off your phone
2. connect USB cable to the PC
3. Press and hold volume up and volume down keys at the same time
4. Connect USB cable to your phone
5. it will take you to the download mode screen

No it didn't work all that comes up is Chinese writing where you can use the up or down volume button to select
