S20 screen line, display issue

I don't know what to do. Contacted service centre they simply said to pay 17000 to change the display. My phone never fallen down, never hitted anywhere

Slight impact on frame sometimes cause damage, no need to drop. That pink line of pixel stuck and not refreshing as those line pixel broken. In rare cases loss display connector can also causes this.

Brother this is a common problem with samsung galaxy s20 plus. You need to send a mail to samsung
