My s20 plus is lagging continually after giving it to the service center twice with three days observation.  It is still lagging . No solution . They just format it and sent the phone back. Need replacement or refund..  worst customer support. 
Phone lag during swipe . That too with all cleared background apps and optimisation. Running in 120 htz

And my S20 is open by it's own from back and now it's not waterproof .. Worst service ever

I have talked with samsung care they says they won't replace phone but they will surely solve my problem it will be repaired for free

The same they told.. but they just simply formatting and giving back. There is no use.

I'm very sure it's not with the apps .. my frnds are using the same apps and with some other extra apps .. they are not having any lag like mine.. formating and software update from service center is not going to be a solution..
