S20 fe got restarted automatically and stuck on bootloop

Something very weird happened, the phone restarted on its own and got stuck on samsung logo. I had to press volume down and power button to restart it once it failed the second time it worked. Can you guys help me with this?

Please visit the service center and check the Motherboard. I had A51 which went to the same stage. When checked the motherboard was dead.

Check the device apps in safe mode, try uninstalling the apps you downloaded recently. Few times app updates also cause this issue. If the issue persist check with samsung authorized service center

maybe its happening because i use ram plus on my phone
