Galaxy SHi there,
Please perform following steps to resolve the issue:
• Adjust brightness of the device then check it. (Setting> Display>Brightness)
• Perform reset settings(Settings >General management >Reset >Reset settings)
• Sometimes 3rd party apps may also cause the issue so check your device in Safe mode.
• Check the availability of software update in your device.
