Will the battery draining issues resolve if we change the battery? Is there anything that Samsung can suggest to enhance the battery on S20 Note Ultra.?

Update for blokes:
Some blokes cannot understand unless they mug up everything word to word in the same order. They don't understand clues in general. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra

Is this happening after 4.0? I bought S20 Note Ultra last weekend. So not sure. Hopefully 4.1 should fix the issue. 🙏

One UI 4.0 has enhanced my Samsung Milky Way S20 Note Ultra battery life where I don't have to charge my phone twice a day like before the One UI 4.0 upgrade. Samsung will only suggest you don't insert a memory card and will format your phone to the latest One UI version if you go to them so you can definitely try that one. One UI 4.1 will further enhance the battery life on the phone hopefully if they don't F it up but it is still months away at least for Samsung Milky Way S20 Note Ultra.

Thanks for the info. I'm using Note 20 Ultra for the first time and the moment I started the phone it was updated to 4.0 so I had a very bad experience with the battery. it would drain in 2 hours.

I did follow YT videos and blogs and videos but there were lot of sacrifices just to save battery which I never did with any other phones previously. So, this is a huge drawback to Note 20 Ultra We have to turn to lowest possible settings (battery and apps and brightness) just to save battery. We are doing a lot just to save battery instead of enjoying a great phone.

Now I'm trying in 2 ways.

1 with only Data
2 with inky WIFI

I think on WIFI the battery is horrible than on Data. Need to confirm this after a few tests.

Another reason is the default 60 hertz refresh rate and that is killing the battery. The new model S22 Ultra can drop to just 1 hertz and it will save a ton of battery and is awesome.

It will be great if S20 screen can also be replaced with a new screen that can support 1 hertz. It would be awesome and I would happily change the screen even at extra cost.

Na na.... Battery life in this UI 4.0 is just outstanding... What kind of settings you are using. I am getting almost 6 hrs SOT as a normal day usages... 30 +- can be considered as exceptions. Here data is taking more battery then WiFi. Check out one of my posts.. i specially post as i was surprised too.

Sure. I did check some websites and I did do some changes to settings but still the battery life is not great. Will keep testing.

The best option for more battery life is to go to settings and select apps then select system apps and check which app or service needs to have those permissions like background usage of mobile data and if app needs to have optimized, restricted, or unrestricted usage. Facebook services to be disabled as it takes up battery and tracks.
