S20 FE 5G oneui5 app issue request to all user

Can someone install 2 apps on s20fe5g running on oneui 5 indian variant and let me know if getting any error while Installing or both can be installed properly.

1. My dishtv

2. Burger King India

I have performed factory reset and play system update is also stuck on 1st July. Which was 1st Nov before reset.

If someone can also confirm this?

I will be thankful for a response.

Burger King works but dishtv doesn't. Also my google play system update is on 1st July and i haven't performed factory reset. I just installed one ui 5 over one ui 4 and didn't even clear cache on anything of that sort.

I think dishtv app doesn't support to android 13.app developer needs to provide app update to support android 13

It's not like that after I performed factory reset, I was able to install it however burger king india app is now not installing. So it's opposite after factory reset, something to do with Google and Samsung for sure.

Also after reset the play service security patch is stuck at 1 July which was 1Nov earlier.

Also to add on another phone which is M32 running oneui5 both of these apps installs fine. This is a bug in s20 fe 5g for sure

Regarding your play service security patch which was at july after factory reset, its a bug from samsung or google. And all users of all models of samsung who perform factory reset facing this issue and samsung is working on this bug as per one of BA.
Btw you can manually update play service to latest version and then try to install your both apps

I performed factory reset to resolve the issue which was app not installing or updating it's same after factory reset with old security patch. Which basically means it's a bug doesn't matter if patch is updated or not.

I tried updating patch still one of the app is not installing. This is a basic level bug which is not expected by samsung.

Also drop review on play store on dishtv app.
Btw one more little thing you can do is clear cache of google play store app and force stop the same and then try to download the dishtv app again
If this too is not working then you can also try to install dishtv latest apk from apkmirror.
