Hi everyone, looking for a solution here.

I purchased the S20 FE 5G in April. Good phone, lots of perks from my upgrade from the S8.

I am trying to try the upgrade feature on the new s20 FE and check on the offers that I used to in my galaxy on my s8 but I seem not to get past the upgrade verification screen. It shows as upgrade verification failed everytime I click on the upgrade verification option in My galaxy App.

I have installed and registered with the same number on Samsung members. Also with the same Samsung account with my number. Tried clearing the app data of Samsung members, my galaxy but still face the same error. Any solution guys here? Attaching a screenshot

update my galaxy on both devices and check with registration with same contact number on both devices.
