S20 FE 5G Display BLACKOUT issue on Sep-Oct'2022 units

I have purchased S20 FE 5G , During SALE on September 2022, this device comes with very low impressive price so decided to buy this old phone in 2022.

Phone has very impressive Flagship feautes,  but after 6 days of using phone display suddenly became BLACKOUT , tried everty normal thing to start display but not sucess so went to service center and come to know that this most phone has this issue which are sold on SALE during sep-oct 2022 so better to take replacement and give it to seller and better to take money back.

So request SAMSUNG Galaxy team to look into this matter and support positivly to all customers who purchased this phone during this Oct-Sep 2022 SALE.

I went to Samsung customer care office... they said they'll perform software checking test...

After that if the issue is still there; they will replace display

Is that the right way?

yes its right way but try to replace with new one may be u will get proper device with 1 year display change policy.

Dear Samsug Team,

I already visited nearest service center and received DoA letter and return to Seller with full payment back,

Service center exicutive told not buy this phone again because some Hardware BUG is there so better to return it or swith to another model.

So I buy new Motorola mobile and seriouly loosing turst from Samsung.
