S10e

Hi guys. 

Please assist. Or any help will be appreciated.

My Samsung S10e is still sitting on one UI (2) and android (10). And security patch 1 March 2020 

There have been multiple updates after this and clearly my phone hasn't recieved any of it. 

I went to Samsung store. They were arrogant and didn't want to assist. 

I'm highly upset with that service. 

So I was wondering if any of you experienced this and could please help.

My daughter has the samsung s10 plus and she is on android 12 . It's definitely a problem. Do you reside in south africa?

Yes I stay in South Africa.
I got no help whatsoever from Samsung.
I dont know any alternative either

Best advice is to go to someone at vodacom or mtn maybe there are a clever bud that can help.Perhaps a fa tory reset can trigger the downloader
