esim option missing Galaxy S21

I have  Galaxy S21 SM-G991B/DS (dual SIM) One UI 4.1 (Android 12)

According to the specs phone supports esim. However, when I try to scan an esim QR code, I get screen that starts looking for Samsung wearable and nothing happens. SIM card manager also does not give esim option, cannot add mobile plan.

Lol😂😂if your phone is dual sim doesn't support esim if your phone was single sim it was going to support esim

I think you might be right. I also know there is a monthly subscription for an esim. Best is to visit his cellphone provider they might shed some light on this

My s21 is daul sim it doesn't support esim the one that support esim is single sim

You are absolutely right. Sometimes you get a international variant of the samsung, which off course is bery rare,I actually red about it a while ago,in south africa and Europe they turned the esim feature off ,a software switch before it was shipped. I'm just not sure if this was for exynos only. But I know it is capable of it ,but turned off when loading the software
