S10Lite Missing Features

I just got my new S10Lite and there are certain advertised features which I can't seem to find on my actual device.

1. 4K 60FPS Video recording in the rear camera. I looked for it everywhere, but can't seem to find. In the official specs in the Samsung Website for the S10Lite, it clearly mentions that it can record at UHD4K(3840X2160)@60FPS. Please help.

2.In the official Samsung site, it mentions that it can record slow motion video at 240FPS@FHD and 120FPS@FHD. Whereas in my device, I can record normal slow motion which is I am guessing 120FPS@FHD but when I switch to Super Slow Motion which is I believe 240FPS the resolution changes to 720P. Why is that?

Moreover, there is no manual Focus or shutter speed control in the provided Pro mode in the camera.

as You said CLREALY mentioned , but it is nowhere in official manual and samsung website that mentioned all what you said

Under the "More" sub-menu, you will find the Macro, Pro, Super slow-mo, Hyperlapse, Night and Food modes.

super slow mo always uses that 720p resolution

The "pro" mode in S10 lite not a 'pro' mode, its just another auto mode with control of white balance and ISO. There is no control for shutter speed and manual focus which are inevitable at a pro mode especially when S10 lite is announced as PRO grade camera. S10+ has the superb PRO mode with controls on shutter, focus, WB, exposure etc which is what really requured in a pro mode. Similar price range competitor phones provide pro mode with shutter/ focus controls.

Looking forward for a near future samsung update which gives an actual PRO mode experience for S10lite users too.

Look at the Video Recording Resolution and under the Slow Motion field. You can clearly see UHD@60FPS and 240FPS@FHD

More like false advertising. I am going to escalate this issue if needed because they can't advertise something which isn't actually there. Otherwise I am super happy with the phone. Best part is amazing battery life and performance out of that SD855.
