After fixing the bugs new firmware now available in India. My device is S10+ and I already had the buggy Android firmware and right now I am updating to new with the patch. Size 163mb.

The previous Android 11 firmware I Installed via smartswitch (PC)
You will get the update via PC app than the phone's OTA update.
Try smartswitch in PC,it may help.
