My s10 lite's camera starts vibrating as soon as any camera application is opened up. I even disabled the camera access completely yet the camera module is vibrating. It is becoming increasingly annoying now that there are no updates coming for my device.

Help me out with this issue please.

The ois motor is probably gone. You need to replace the camera module

After clearing the Camera cache and resetting the device settings now my phone feels like it is gone. The screen turns off on its own while using the phone for eg. I am watching a youtube video then screen goes black, I can still hear the video sounds and the vibrations from when I press the power button. It then turns back on and allows me to use my phone again and then it repeats.

Either you messed up the internals by dropping it or an update ruin it.

Which case is your's ?

Software side - mostly factory reset would be 2nd last option.
For Hardware- you need to get it check .
