S10+ Screen Tearing

Users of S10 series and others (S9/8/7) too, have you experienced a screen tearing with app icons that are black in colour (Like spotify, uber) while scrolling in the app drawer.
You can check it by opening the app drawer and then scrolling with these app icons in view. You can see a tail in the direction opposite to where you're moving if you have screen tearing.

it not bro. when i scroll thru black **bleep** on ther screeen it looks like spilled pen ink. 

Also dont say **bleep** about my spelling or grammar, i am on drugs and you cant stop me, asshat. 

Also again I nebver had this iussue on my s7 lololol nor my s8+ lololol

I own the Note 10 plus and S20+ because im not a poor **bleep** like some others and they do the same **bleep**.
