it's not HDR10+ supported devices thatswhy....s10,note10,note10+,s20+ and recent Flagships are HDR10+ supported devices now hardwarely Samsung didn't introduce in your device then how it's possible

We can view HDR10+ content on S10 lite. That's it. Video recording will not support it as if they enable this no one will buy their high end products.

that's so real. I have one more question for front video recording has HDR support but not the rear one! seems a bit odd

Okay I checked the option and indeed auto HDR is off on rear camera recordings. But honestly I don't think HDR works in any video recording at all. Auto HDR works in still photos. And it is automatic.
