Is anyone else facing drastic battery drain on the S10 lite after the one ui 2.5 update ?  The phone is just three months old and within 2 hrs I am losing close to 20% battery percentage.

Before the update got atleast 8-10 hrs on low to moderate usage. After the update its only 4-5 hrs on moderate usage.

They just released an update today. Update and see if it improves.
I'm feeling it's some app which is draining up your battery.. Please check under device care which are the apps draining up the battery in background or manually check for it under
Settings -> apps, for an app which u haven't put to sleep when not in use.
And below is an exhaustive battery settings list similar to what Ehsank posted-
1. Settings - > Device care-> Battery - >
a. Under power mode choose Adaptive power saving.
b. Make sure under App power management too Adaptive battery and Put unused apps to sleep is enabled.
c. Under Charging enable Fast charging.

2. Settings -> Connections - >
a. WiFi- Click on the 3dot menu and choose Advanced. There disable Turn on Wi-fi automatically.
b. More connection settings- disable nearby device scanning and under Printing disable Printer service.

3. Settings - > Location
a. Turn off Location and Google Location Accuracy. Leave Emergency Location Service on.
b. Turn off Wifi and Bluetooth scanning under Improve accuracy
c. Under App permissions Deny for all apps and allow 'Allowed only while in Use' for required Apps like Google Maps, Google pay or other payment apps.

4. Settings - > Notifications
a. Here enable notifications for only the apps you want notifications from.

5. Settings -> Apps
Select show system apps from 3dot menu.
a. Then select apps that you don't want to run in background, click Battery option and disable Allow background activity.
b. Select Mobile Data option and disable Allow background data usage.

6. Settings -> Privacy
Turn off all customisation, diagnostic, Google autofill and personalization services.

7. Settings -> Advanced features
a. Disable Bixby routines and Game launcher
b. Enable Reduce animations

8. Settings -> Developer options
Change Animation scale to .5x under Window animation scale, Transition animation scale and Animation duration scale

9. Settings -> apps -> search "weather"
Click on settings icon right side and change "auto refresh" settings as per your requirements and disable some unnecessary reminder.

10. Settings -> Google
Click on 3dots and turn off usage and diagnostics option.

Please check them out once too. Hope these help.
