S10+ HDR Support Issue after Android 10

I'm not able to play UHD and HDR content on Amazon Prime Video / Netflix.. Have checked in DMR Info app, it is showing HDR not supported but Widevine cdm is showing L1 as expected but then why I'm not able to play HD content which I was able to play on Android 9..

Same thing everyone is facing, I complain to Amazon they are saying they have received many complain & there technician had escalated to Samsung.

Now let see within how many days they will solve it

Hi there,

 

In order to resolve your issue we suggest you to kindly update your device to Android 10 (Official), as official Android Q update has been already released for your device.
Menu> Settings> Software Update> Auto Update> Enable it.

If issue still persists, please register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Already updated to Android 10 on Dec 3 much before raising this issue..

HDR should be shown supported in DMRInfo app.. It's showing not supported as of now, not sure why, though S10+ is HDR 10+ supported and certified..
