Ringtone not working for online applications like whatsapp

Hi All, ringtone is not working for online calling applications like whatsapp or Teams but working for normal calls. Can someone help me on this?

Go to WhatsApp > settings > notifications
You will get options to change it

I have tried that but the ringtone(not notifications) is not working for the whatsapp or Teams app. Notification sounds are working.

Please go to WhatsApp, click settings, click notifications, then turn on notification sound. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

In WhatsApp In notifications go the second last option and if there is default selected, then select anything else ringtone you want.
It will solve your problem.
