Retrieve deleted info

I accidentally deleted all call history during a call & I would like to retrieve the info deleted. Can anyone pls assist? Phone is an S9. Tks.

Do you have your phone backed up to Samsung Drive or Google Drive? If so, you can restore from backup.

I think there is auto backup to Google. Last one was yesterday according to what I can see on my phone.
My question is: can I choose WHAT to retrieve or system backs up everything from Google?

go and restore just phone under backup & restore
