I didn't get. They said i didn't use code during check out. Only some people get 2 year while others get 1 year it seems. Clearly remember when i checked out it said 2 years samsung care. Don't know what to do.
I also contacted them to make it two years. I showed them the email that stated 2 years. Initially the guy said some got 1 year and some gets 2 despite preorder. Later when showed screenshots they accepted.
