A problem arises sometimes. I try to delete some audio files from my internal storage. The preparing delete stands there for hours without deleting anything. Whats the issue ?? And how to fix this.. so that i can delete those files...?

take a snapshot during the process and post it
but for now
connect your phone to a PC in USB data transfer mode and try to delete the phone internal storage files or folder using PC . if you can than backup your device important data and files and do a factory reset

connect to a PC using USB data transfer mode and follow as i have mentioned above
are those files associated with some apps which you have installed on your phone, if yes than you need to remove the app first
