in my Samsung S10...remote unlock in not turning on...even after entering my pin it doesnt turn on....help me

Bro, its working in my S10+
try normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
check if all settings are properly enabled or not
or
sign out of your account and sign in once again..
or
change your pin/pattern/biometrics and try again

just give a try..

steps👉 go to app then select system app by clicking top right 3 dots....search for find my mobile.......clear catche of it......again 3 dot right top of find my mobile......uninstall update.......go back to biometric and security.....find my Mobile.....try now👍👍

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:

> Perform the reset settings (settings>>general management>>reset>>reset settings).

> Please once again enable the find my mobile option (settings>> biometrics and security>> find my mobile>>enable the same>>then enable the remote unlock>>enter your Samsung account password>>then enter the backup pin>>it will automatically enabled).

>If still issue not resolved, kindly send us the error log files using Samsung member application by following below mentioned path-

Open Samsung member app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file.

Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
