Regarding the white screen during my boot up and while turining of the mobile

Hey community,

 I have been seeing thus white screen during the mobile boot up and also while I turn of my mobile. But I don't no why I get this white screen. This a UK model samsung s21fe mobile. This problem I'm facing from the mid of may 2024.

 I have done hard reset eventhough the same problem continues.

 Does anyone know about this.??

Are you flashing any custom rom or trying to unlock bootloader???

It means to install a different operating system in your phone than the one which was already on it,such as if you are using a samsung phone with xiaomi's hyper os or other

To enable call recoding i tried to change csc file but nothing worked but for doing that i got this os there any possibility to stop this

If you are doing so and facing any kind of problem then your warranty is voided and you cannot claim it,so it's suggested you not to do so or do it on a old phone

This a carrier branded phone. So the carrier would have asked samsung to change the boot logo to white. This is not an issue

Oh,is that true I didn't know that and if that is the case then what career is this as what benefit does the career gain from this?

Nothing. Carriers in US and UK sell the smartphones and control the updates i.e the smartphone manufacturer does not have any control. The smartphone is usually bundled with a one or two year contract .
