I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed security patch update for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Despite being in the latter part of November, my device is still operating on the October security patch, which is concerning from a security standpoint. I kindly request an explanation for this delay and an assurance that the necessary steps will be taken to ensure timely security updates in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yes we deserve a response. We are paying more than Chinese phones for samsung and also getting less features comparatively. But now a days Chinese phones are recieving good updates with alot of optimised performance, where as samsung is having laggy os with delayed updates.

Used to be a big samsung fan but i feel im done now with this company. Quitting Samsung this time and will shift to ios once i change my phone now.
