Refubrished or new how to check ?

Can someone help me to check if my S24 Ultra phone is refubrished or new ? Is there any way without reaching out to service center ?

It depends on where you got it from but I think you can check the warranty validity on Samsung's website or somewhere applicable using the IMEI number so if the warranty start date is before you purchased the device it means it could be refurbished or resold or something

Thank you for the help. I got it from croma store india. It was seal packed. I was doubtful cause it was 20,000 cheaper than online.

My warranty shows exactly 1 year from date of purchase. It looks good based on this.

Also i see some articles who say :
1. If Serial Number starts from R then it's refubrished.

2. If Imei shows /01 at the end or any other number then it's refubrished.

Which seems misleading...
