I have been trying to avail keyboard offer on s7 fe tab but the customer service is saying it will get resolved within 24 hrs from past days again and again. Doing nothing at last

I purchase my tab on 6 November and still I am waiting for my redemption . Customer service executives, are told me to waiting for 72 hours but still no solution is provided. I hate Samsung 😒
