Hi Isheanesuchirume, The "Camera Failed" error on a Galaxy S22 Ultra can be incredibly frustrating, especially since it usually points to a software glitch or a temporary communication error between the hardware and the OS. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

Force Stop and Clear Camera Cache
Go to Settings > Apps.

>Find and tap on Camera.

>Tap Force Stop at the bottom.

>Go to Storage, then tap Clear Cache.

>Restart the phone and try the camera again.

Check for Third-Party App Interference

>Restart your phone in Safe Mode. (Turn the phone off, then press and hold Power + Volume Down. Release Power when the logo appears but keep holding Volume Down).

If the camera works in Safe Mode, a third-party app is the culprit. You’ll need to check which apps have camera permissions recently.

Check for Software Updates
>Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Soft restart. It may be caused by a lot of apps which has access to your camera
