Random restart of S8plus

I am facing restart issue with my Galaxy s8plus. It restarts randomly. There is no pattern. I have tried all the methods known to me like uninstalling 3rd party apps, deleting cache memory and data in Google play services , checking in safe mode, factory reset, reinstall software from authorised Samsung service centre etc. But no use. Also letters like f and b if I type in finder app. It will freeze. Frustrated with this mobile. Though I am a Samsung user for a long time, thinking of moving to other brand or iPhone.

Am I the only one or any other facing this issue?

Go to Customer care if it in warranty ask for refund then wait for 15 to 20 day then buy Samsung s9 plus

On contacting customer care I was informed that service engineer will reach out to me within 24 hours. But nobody turned up. Let me wait till tomorrow.

Your service engineer replied they can't come and collect since the place is bit far for him. Is this the kind of service Samsung offers to its customers?
