Yes, I have base s23. I don't feel any major issues with UI except 2 issues I have mentioned in my recent post. UI 8 is smoother as compared to 7. 7 used to stutter. I can see some jitters here as well but better than previous OS. Phone is not heating but battery is not yet optimised I think.
I would say, try wiping your phone's cache partition and I hope this will improve things for you.

Yeah, it's become smoother than One UI 7, and I get around 7 hours of battery backup. I guess it's also increased, but I switched from buttons to gesture navigation a few days ago. Sometimes it feels laggy.

Oh!! Could be that reason for jitters I am noticing as I have always used gestures. Good to know that battery is improved for you. I used to get 7 to 8 hours of SOT when phone was new 😊
