Quick launch camera

I would like to know how to enable double tap to quick launch camera in galaxy s9 plus in India. I am on the latest firmware and have gone through each and every setting but could not find it. somebody pls help.

Yes but it doesn't turn on the camera!! there must be a toggle to turn it on or off!
I need to turn it on

I also checked in my s9. It's not there. Same as s8 which also doesn't have it.
