Purchasing s22 ultra from Google Fi (USA) and using in India

Can I purchase The galaxy s22 ultra from USA (Google Fi / fibre) and and use it in India?
As per condition from Google Fi : Phone active on Google Fi for 120 consecutive days

After 120 days in USA, can I bring the phone to India and use it permanently here

Also after starting using it in India, will I receive future updates in Phone ? Also will I loose warranty in India ?
