Nao consigo ativar a pasta segura..

Check your device management settings:

Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Other security settings and check if there's any option related to "device administrator" or "work profile" that might be blocking Secure Folder access. 

Contact your administrator:

If you are using a work phone, reach out to your IT department or administrator to inquire about the restrictions on Secure Folder and if they can grant you access. 

Check for updates:

Make sure your phone has the latest software updates, as sometimes updates can resolve compatibility issues with certain features.

This two application is not disabling I think they are causing everything. You can help
