Problem using micro sd card in galaxy s8

I yesterday bought samsung galaxy s8. I wanted to expand my memory to 128gb, I added a sandisk micro sdxc 64gb card but it didn't showed up! I used that card in other mobile and my laptop, it worked fine!
I inserted other memory card in my phone, nothing changed and both sim slots are working and Only micro sd card slot is not working! Please help!
Anyone out there facing same problem?

Is the card fat32 formatted?

I asked customer care, they said go to nearest service center.

I don't know that, I didn't changed any settings, all things were set by default, by the way which format works in mobile?

insert the card in system/laptop using card reader and format it. Check the options for default at the time of formatting. Then try inserting in the mobile and make sure the surface of the slot and card properly connected.

try to change fortmat to fat32

I am using samsung evo+ 128 gb it works on my s8+.
There should not be a problem with sandisk card.
Maybe hardware issue.
