It's a bug in One UI 6.0 Android 14 update. So nothing happened after restart of your's device. Mostly all Samsung Galaxy Devices are suffering from this hot issue from last long time, so don't bothered about this. When it's appear on the screen immediately click on Send feedback or Close App. Also wait and watch for fix it by Samsung team in future. Thanks.
